Not bad,

8 weeks today until DH is back, and have nearly completed the 1st week of the eating plan.

Just waiting for 5 o'clock to come round, wishing my life away:p .

Where is your DH at the mo SL? Im assuming he is working abroad or the such like?

I'm the same, waiting for 5pm.. although I am very happy for it to be the weekend!

I need to get out there and meet a new man, although its just the actual process of it that scares me!! I'm a confident person usually but in those situations I just clam up so I've never met a guy while out..!! lol such a saddo! xx

He is in Kenya, has been there since July. I hear from him most days so it's not so bad. He was in Afghanistan last year for 7 months:eek: , that wasn't so good. It's quite nice getting time to myself but I will be pleased to see him, even tho he is grumpy and spoilt:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

so full up now..........& ive a party 2nite il eat something later at the party maybe if theres grub;)

tomorrow ive a craft fair to so heres hoping for both of them im away to pack up for it now.........

Sound like you have a busy weekend ahead of you WTBAS hope it all goes really well.

Stew sounds amazing, I've had a hankering for Irish stew for ages but just never home to make it.. but I've got sunday off so may just do that.

Dont worry about the maintain, sometimes that happens and next week you'll notice the difference. Remember its not just about losing weight its about being healthy as well

hello all! Im sorry im a bit hit and miss at checking in these days, just really busy for the next few weeks. I seem to have been doing a bad thing... replacing meals with chocolate! oops, i put it down to aunt flow who is visiting at the mo and the fact ive been out so much i just grab something quick.

On the bright side, the new DVD boxset arrived, so i need to make some time to do that (although goodness knows when) to see if its any good

Well went to party last nite only 4 plus the host was there but talk about having great craic it was good laugh & i made a few £££s too.......

Was at craft fair today it was a horrible day it rained rained & rained more:mad: :mad: .Not BIG CROWD but sold quite a few things:beer:
