Good Morning Everyone. I am picking up DGD at 10pm so it will be all eyes every where for me. I have been very good eating wise this week as it only two weeks to my holidays. Money wise mmmm not so good, buying bits for hols etc. On the exercise front. Planning on doing a Emmylou and going out walking with pushchair. 25 minutes there round the shops and 25 minutes back and its up hill coming back.
I have been setting up a budget on the above link, its very good. So hoping this will keep me under or on budget as it counts up for you.
took OH to work at 6.15a.m. and had to put on a fleecy top, BRRRRRRR think Autumn is on it way.
Puzzled Fab too see your post, we are all here for the same reasons. I have had a bad couple of weeks, and found that support in this thread FAB as everyone has the same issues. So I can say exactly what is bugging me and I am guaranteed honest and supportive answers and all with a slightly different slant, according to everyones different view of the situation. Stick with it Puzzled, and we will all get through this together.1st January 2012 £2500 and 56lbs debts

p.s. I think I could set up a page as a calorie budget too, and just use calories instead of cash ? I will give it a go. I have tried everything else over the years and spent a bomb on it, so may as well give this a go.

Good morning,
Are you feeling better today Jo, you seemed out of sorts yesterday. Never mind, today is a new day, so it's onwards and upwards, and it's nearly holiday time for you, so keep on going, nothing else for it!!!
My rashy face seems to be calming down a bit, it's just the peg leg I have to deal with for now:p .
Speak later,
SL
P.S. Welcome to floozie, glad you are with us!!0 -
GAHHHH!!!
I've had to go looking for some new clothes for a wedding I am going to on Saturday. As it's quite close to payday so I'm skint, I decided to use my Tesco clubcard vouchers to buy something so I really was limited to that shop and didn't have the luxury of going anywhere else.
So, how depressed do I feel after my shopping spree?! Yes, I have come home with some clothes, but they are clothes that "I don't look too fat in" as opposed to clothes "that I look good in"
For the first time in my life I have had to buy a size 18 top and bottom. I've never been a size 18 in my life before. I remember being horrified when I went into a size 16 for the first time and swore I'd be back in a 14 before you know it (laughs hysterically). In my mind, Tesco clothes have always been quite a generous size too!
I've come home and got weighed and am 14st 1lbs, which is the heaviest I have been in my whole life. I really need to do something but I've got an angel and a devil on my shoulder who are constantly battling over food (and the devil always seems to come out on top!).
The worst thing is that last year I did Lighter Life and went from a size 16, to a size 10/12 and I felt bloody great, but I didn't learn any lessons at all, and when I started eating again, I piled all the weight back on over 10 months (not from eating normally, mind).
My skin is rubbish, I'm tired all the time, I hate anyone who is slimmer than I am and also hate myself, and like everyone on this thread, I'm spending loads on junk food during a weekly shop, only to have to go and do top up shops for no junk food!
So - as from tonight 6pm - I start my diet. You might think it's a funny time to start, but I am planning to diet over 24 hours. My danger time is between getting in from school at 3:30pm, to DH coming home from work at 6pm, so I tend to go mad, so my plan is that if I start my diet at 6pm, then whatever cals I have left between my danger times, I am free to eat.
Size 18 indeed! <tuts and shakes head at self>Start Date: 27/11/2010
