Well Hello and welcome to all our new friends too. I just cannot put into words how you all help me. Having so many new friends with the same issues as myself is so comforting and helpfully. I know when i tell you all my problems that you are there with me and going through exactly the same things or very similar.

Well first of all done two night shifts and I am happy with them. Could have been better but done loads better than I usually do. But as I keep telling you all. Ditch the all or nothing attitude and do little changes here and there. We are never going to be perfect, so stop striving for it. what we need to focus on is do are best in that moment.

Well yesterday morning arrived back from night-shift and daughter-in-law rang me. An emergency at home and needed a babysitter ( all OK nothing to worry about). My granddaughter is is 10 month old, and i had her from 10am till 7pm then had to go to work at 7.30pm. So my day was hell, love her to bits. I had a two our nap with her after lunch and that was all i got. so that was why i wasn't about yesterday.

right now I'm off to read through all of the posts i need to catch up on.

Big Hiya to all out new friend. i will defiantly read them all and reply to all, but if i miss anyone out, please bare with me.

Just love all my new friends.

If anyone of you would like to email me, I will send you a picture of me (not a pretty ssight) I don't know about you but i like to put a face to a name. You don't need to return any pics and I wont use you email address unless you tell me its OK too.

GingerRuby Hiya. Me too a junk spender. I have this thing with, paper, note books and stuff we used to use before computers ( i don't use them) but its a thing with me ? I think nothing of spending £2-3 on junk to eat in the car while driving, lots of other things too. but tackling them 1 at a time. I canceled my gym membership too. 50 quid a month and i hated going. Fab with your new job that you can walk too. Don't know if you read my post. I live a 15min walk from my job and i used to car the car. NOW that IS shameful.

    Glad you with us

piglet Wooo Hoooo with the 5 mile walk, you my hero. Fandabbydozyeeee. Ive upset another person since the episode with my day out with my friend. girl who I work with runs an Avon book. Now I'm a sucker for creams and potions. i think everyone of them is going to make me look 16 again !!!. Well when i went into work, she brought me the new book and i said " I don't need anything else from the book thankyou" she replied "OK no problem, ill let you have the next one when it arrives" i said "no, I wont be getting anything else from the book, as i have more than enough" She was a bit lossed for words and a bit miffed. But this probably due to the fact that i usual spend about £15 to 30 a month, no more commission for her and a big saving for me

how are you doing, update me.

Wanttobeasaver well done on the 3 mile walk. All you walkers are putting me to shame, with my 1mile 15mins. Right Ive made a decision. As from today "Tara" my boxer dog, who just lies around sleeping and snoring, is going out for a walk everyday.
