If you have internet connection I would suggest to use VOIPDISCOUNT calling from your computer to UK landline for free, provided you top up 10-euro every 120days.
I'm paying around 40-euro per annum to get free unlimited call to landline in UK, US and many many more countries.0 -

Unfortunately from reading Shaun's posts it appears that Clearwire(his ISP) blocks VOIP providers but he can use Skype to Skype ok - so the VOIPDiscount route is not an option.

Note to Shaun40400 - you didn't seem to pick up on the subscription link for Skype - this means your 'mums' account can have unltd call forwarding for UK landlines for £1.95pcm.Obviously worthwhile if you make more than 125 mins of calls a month.
As to what you should do with the €30 saving - buy yourself an ice cream (its about all you'll get in Dublin for that these days:rotfl:)0 -

Yes, well spotted there! It would still mean changing the number everytime, but if the total is over 125mins then the subscription is a bargain.0 -
hi both
no i did see the any country subscription @ €3.99 per month
but was thinking €12.00 for 3 month where as 10.00 credit has no time limit..
however depending on the amount of use 3.99 may be a better option.
120 mins would probably be the minimum usage per monthWAS DEBT FREE & STILL BAAARRRRRKING
