i would be grateful for the CEOs e mail address - I'm on Orange contract and also hate speaking to India, all Orange do is lie and deny saying it. I HATE ORANGE.0

They called me back and gave me a fiver credit to say sorry. This was all caused because their 453 service is currently bo*****d and they aren't sure when it will be fixed. The email is executive.office@orange.co.uk. obviously don't use it for any old niggles as if they get inundated they'll stop answering and this will ruin it for people with genuine complaints.
This is the 2nd time I have had to go straight to the top, the first being o2 some years back. It is then, and only then that you are taken seriously....shame.Fr. Stack: While you were out, I got the keys to your car. And drove it into a big wall. And if you don't like it, tough. I've had my fun, and that's all that matters.0 -
ref the absolute tripe of Orange payg in India like previous I did not want to offend by asking to speak to someone in the UK, about my £10 top up but the Indian operator could not understand me. When he did he failed to call back so three days later I called back and got another broken promise. I asked for the manager who rang me back and started shouting at me, How proffessional!!!! and he cut me off the service was that poor trying to get my £10.00 top up, not a free loan to Orange, and failure to call me back I rang 0800 0795000 and got through free and spoke to a really helpful gent in the UK who sorted it in 5 minutes.0

I posted this a few weeks back but I can't find the thread anywhere. I'm tearing my hair out here, all I want is to speak to a UK call centre! I must have spent about a pound being passed from person to person at the India centre because they can't understand what I am saying, and I need a problem sorting out. I've googled for hours, all I can find is the 079 number (which is just another version of 450) and that's it! Please help, someone must work for them or something!!
I'm sorry Pumpa but the clear answer as to why you get rubbish Indian call centres is that you encourage them to use them by refusing to move elsewhere even when you know they mostly employ Indian call centres because they are cheaper. You refuse to move on cost - pay pennies and get an Indian operative. You have no reason to stay with Orange apart from the fact you want a cheap deal. Its like comparing a hand made Saville row suit with one knocked up in India on a low budget.0
