    Hiya! :hello:

    Received a letter today from a company called "Westcot Credit Services Ltd" chasing my O2 contract payment. This went into my Bankruptcy back in June. My concern is it says if I ignore the letter the account will be referred to their collections team for further action.

    Should I call them and give them my BR number, forward the letter to my OR, or just ignore it? :confused:

    Hi Merry Happy new year. I hope this one is good to you.
    I had similar letters 4 mths after my bc. I gave them my bc number,then they wanted a copy of my forms,it went on for few wks until in the end i sent all the letters to the OR. Never heard another peep out of them. On that score i would just forward the letter to the OR.Dx

    I just saved myself £90 :D:D

    Off to see my family in Birmingham in February - we were meant to be going up in January but problems with the car, etc meant we couldn't go. So I checked out train fares and just couldn't justify the £120 :( Bought myself a family railcard for £24, and have just booked the tickets. And because I have booked so far in advance got them for half price!! So £31 for me and the three girls to go to Birmingham - how cool is that?!!! :D :cool:

    Apart from that,

    * not heard anything from the OR's office about the nil tax and HB query:confused: ;

    * XHTB has said he will pay £175 child maintenance which I'm going to have to accept cos better something than nothing - will have to wait and see if he follows through at the end of the month;

    * no news from from the CSA which is really aggravating cos really wanted it sorted on a formal footing.

    And I have a day off from work cos I worked loads of extra hours earlier in the week, so I've been able to take my painkillers and rest which has been wonderful!! :j

    Cor! that's a good saving :T.

    We wanted to take the boys to Londonn next month but I was put off by the huge fare. Will have to look into the railcard.

    Hope you had a good, restful day.

    ((hugs))
