Well I agree. The builder has made 4 bedrooms out of a 3 bed house space.
But I suppose it appealed to us so I'm sure it will appeal to someone else at some point - hopefully!
One of the great 'hidden' cons of house building in the last thirty years along with the disappearance of the separate dining room.
As you say you liked it and no doubt plenty of other people will as well. Just a shame that you need to sell now.

Have to sell. Splitting up with wife and neither of us can afford to buy the other out. All amicable though. Might consider going completely mad and reducing to £229,995. Whilst that's £20,000 reduction it "only" works out to a reduction of £10,000 for each of us. We bought for £120,000 back in 99 so there's plenty to play with. That price would put it near the 3 bed semis. Of course it could have a negative impact and smack of desperation (ok we are "keen" to sell but don't tell everyone!

You can't argue whit Doozergirl and Bubblesmoney. The first shot the colours are washed out a bit and the second shot has more vibrant ones.
Not such a shame to sell now, much better than 9 months time!GOOGLE it before you ask, you'll often save yourself a lot of time.
