Hi,
I normally check out new websites before ordering but we didn't before we placed the order on this one so was a bit dismayed to read some of the feedback here however our experience has been pretty good. We ordered on Sunday, we were emailed on Sunday to confirm order. We were then phoned on Monday to say the order was being processed and then phoned again on Tuesday to arrange delivery and it arrived on Wednesday evening at 18:00. We did have an issue trying to get through on the phone as some others have posted but that seems fairly irrelevant now.0 -
I had a friend who had to wait weeks for delivery one company to avoid
They also charge you 10% if you cancel after 24 hours when you will probably still be a couple of weeks from getting your mattressNeeding to lose weight start date 26 December 2011 current loss 60 pound Down. Lots more to go to get into my size 6 jeans0 -

I would recommend e-mailing, as my partner did.
We ordered a mattress topper by internet from these folks three weeks before we received it. We left a detailed delivery note explaining that one of us is at home every day during the week. After a week without delivery, I phoned and was told they would deliver on the weekend. Having explained that we are away on weekends, I was told it would arrive the following week. No delivery. I phoned again, to yet again be told they wished to deliver on the weekend. Yet again I had point out that we would be out, and then was called back and told they would deliver that Saturday. I phoned back and clarified *again* that we were out and was assured they would deliver that coming Wednesday. No word the following week, on phoning I was told they had tried to deliver last weekend and would deliver that weekend.
Does this sound circular and repetitive? It was *highly* frustrating. None of the many individuals I spoke to bothered to update our file for a weekday delivery, let alone actually deliver the mattress. Eventually my partner weighed in with a strongly worded email and asked them to assure us of the delivery in writing to that we had evidence of their uselessness. This seemed to do the trick, and we finally got the item one day later after three weeks of frustrating phone calls. The customer service was absolutely terrible and we would certainly have cancelled the order if we hadn't paid by debit, rather than credit, card. I did go into my bank to find out if it was feasible, but it wasn't. Don't believe a word of their 24 hour delivery policy! I live in London, which is hardly difficult to transport to. All the best getting your money back.0 -
umm
no luck yet.
Phoned on Tuesday i was being nice about it as it pays not to rant at times, first she goes on about takes 28 days for refund, so i said well i have been waiting for 33 days now since first requesting a refund. She then puts me on hold when she came back she said it should post in the next day or too also said its paypal that causes the delay (absolute rubbish). Didnt tell her that they said last thursday that they had also said the refund would be done, so not really looking hopeful.
If this hasnt posted on my account by the morning i will be having a further conversation with them about broken promises of refunds and also one with trading standards and my credit card company again.
May have to write a letter threating court action to get this issue resolved
Did you pay via Paypal but using your debit card ?
If so you could of opened a case claiming non receipt ?
This would of hastened the refund"Very funny, Scotty. Now beam down my clothes."
All truth goes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Then, it is violently opposed. Finally, it is accepted as self-evident.0 -
This company is an absolute disgrace. Delivery was prompt however that was when the problems started. After the first night sleeping on mattress a large void was left (and remained)where I had been lying. Obviously the mattress had lost it memory properties overnight. Please note I am not a large person, 12 1/2 stone and 5' 11".
I tried to phone company and got no reply. Next time I phoned I rang for 75 minutes and still no reply. I emailed them and was asked (in english that could have only been written by a 3 year old) to send photographs of defect. I did this and have had no rsponse since. I contacted Trading Standards and on their advice sent out letters to both my credit card company and the mattress firm. Have just sent out second letter. Will update on here. If I get no luck myself and a few mates will probably travel down to Leeds and try the personal touch!:mad:0 -

Isn't that the whole point of a memory foam matress, it remembers your shape where you sleep?Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
