Yes I know it's easy to google a name, but it isn't allways the case that a shop has a web site address the same..........we don't want the wrong company naming and shaming do we?

finally after asking them for email confirmation that the refund had been done (and i got an email) the money posted on my account this morning. I think they realised i wasnt going away. BUt still this is 34 days after i didnt purchase an item it has taken to secure my money back.

Again be warned my credit card was next to useless as i cancelled. If it had been non receipt it would have been different, but because i cancelled my card were not interested.

I bought a memory mattress from The Memory Foam Mattress Firm on the 1st of Sept 2008. The website say's they have 24hr delivery but I'm still waiting 8 days later. I have tried phoning on several occasions but they never answer. I have also emailed several times but haven't had a reply.

My personal experience hasn't been good.

Wish I'd gone somewhere else.

How did you pay them?

Have you had an e-mail confirming the order from them?

We Seem To Be Having The Same Problem Ordered On The 30/08/08 Still Waiting For A Date A Cannot Seem To Get Any Answer Either From E-mails Sent Or No One Seems To Answer The Phone Beginning To Get A Very Uneasy Feeling About This Company.

just got an answer on the phone still very unhelpful with a delivery date asked to speak to someone up the ladder, came back with we will call you tomorrow with a delivery date? won't hold my breath. did threaten to cancel the order through my credit card company and said i will not be paying the10% cancellation fee. this company is hard work not recommended

I got a mattress from them about 2 weeks ago. This firm is one of few who do cash on delivery.
I took this option, and had no problems.
Apart from the delivery being @ 23:00

You will find that just about all independent bed retailers who use their own transport will accept cash on delivery, you just need to shop around to find them.
