Hi Caf
thinking of ways to make money (kinda) have you joined the Royal mail panel? you get 18 1st class stamps a month for sending stuff and inputting data onine for items you get. can do extra surveys sometimes for £6 vouchers.
to make amazon vouchers join bview and you get i think its £10 voucher for every 20 business you review.
if you already know about these sorry for repeating!
Oh no dont apologise hun. I think I actually need to completely start from basics anyway to get back into the swing of it all :rotfl:
Also saves me from feeling like such an idiot for still making mistakes
OH has been doing some online surveys etc so i'll see if he's signed up to the companies you named....thanksWealth is not measured by currency0 -
Evening CAFC playing round with the 0% cards sounds good as the less interest the better. Also "feels" better the less debtors you have.

Morning All
No great shakes to update with this morning. I wnt throught the flat last night and have made a pile of things to try and sell on Ebay.
Not sure how any of them will go as its all mainly decorative things from the home, nothing of any real great worth. Got some jewellery and bags to sell as well.
OH is going to go through his stuff today to see what he can find, and then I'm going to go through it again tonigt, and actually find some stuff.
Crumbled last night after being in a really bad mood for most of the day and let OH buy a takeaway, £10 not the greatest spend but when i think thats 2 months minimum repayments on my zero card, then i start to get lannoyed with myself.
Found some bits to take into work for lunch so shouldnt be spending a penny today to make up for it!
Also going to seel if anyone at work wants to buy one of our t.v's....15 inch flat screen anyone? £40? lol
Hope everyone has a good day, I'm going to try and get myself in a better mood but it's not looking likely this morning.....Wealth is not measured by currency0 -
Ooh, I know that mood very well - I have been battling (hard) against it for the last couple of weeks, and still now sure who is winning the war......!
But....get stuck into ebaying - find a car boot for the rest of the tat that you don't think will sell on ebay, make a collage of the good things you have in life, go and snog the face off your new hubby, get onto the freebies board and see if you can find someone sending out big bars of free choccy (oh, yes, it happens!) and all will be well with the world for today.

Morning CAFC
Awwww we all get days like that when we get into "that" mood.
Good luck with the ebaying, some nice pennies flying into your account will soon shift that mood hopefully.
£40 for the tv sounds reasonable to me, hope someone snaps it up.Proud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712

No takers foy my t.v at work unfortunately, but shall just wait and see if they ask other friends etc for me, might get something.
Got quite a good pile of bits to go on ebay but figured i will leave it till when we get back from holiday to list. we go in 7 days so dont want to leave people waiting till when we get back etc. Plus will help with getting some funds in the kitty for end of august.
Still struggling today, OH appears to be getting in a worse mood about the situation the longer it goes on, and it does put a bit of a strain on things. Im trying to stay positive and pep him up but sometimes i do feel like he could be doing quite a bit more to help himself and us!Wealth is not measured by currency0 -
hey caf. you could put an ad in your local paper for your tv might get it sold that way?
sorry things are a bit strained but am sure this holiday will do you both some good! off anywhere nice (sorry to be nosy!)
hope the rest of your weekend is good x0 -
Hey C, you're not nosey!
We're actually heading off to NYC, which was booked and paid for when I was happy at work and OH was in a 26k basic a year job so we had some disposable cash. Souldnt really have booked it in hindsight, but we had like a DFD of 24 months, when we were paying £1k off, and then it all seemed to go to pot.
But its paid for, we've already got our spending money and like you said I think now we've both definitely reached a point where we need to take some time away from our everyday surroundings. Esp OH who hasnt actually worked for like 4 weeks now.... so i can imagine being indoors all day every day is really starting to take its toll, hence his recent mood....
i might try some more friends with the tv, then ebay and then the paper i think.... should manage something.
Hows your weekend going?Wealth is not measured by currency0 -
