did they make the descission wilst you was on phone?
surley there was skelleton staff there.
didnt effect apply on phone,get declined,apply on line a week or so later and get approved.???
wondering if you got declined at the time of call was it down to that person.
would it have been approved on tuesday????????

No I applied online, they have viewed my CF so............... I don't know why it would say reffer online and when I called 30seconds later they say decline??? Maybe capital one are to polite to give you an instant decline?

with cap1 once you have been declined, any further applications within 6 months automatically result in a refusal.... it ons of their credit granting criteria. so its best to wait for 6 months unless one wants to appeal.

oh btw, i checked my secure message from smile, and the accounts are open. i called them up earlier on, and they said all they wanted was to confirm my Coop Bank details. no further ID needed.
