I was reading on a thread of someone who applied for a tesco credit card an got declined ( They searched Experian ) And then applied for a Loan with Tesco ( Searched Equifax ) and got accpeted.

None, they are pre-paid meaning it is not credit. Means they do not credit score you or report to CRA's cos in essence its your own money and you can't go overdrawn....
You were told in other thread that CashPlus is the only thing similar..... That is the only option.

STORE CARD HOLDERS
Any store card holders out there, could you please let me know which credit reference agency was used when you applied, or if you already hold one which agency they report to.
Especially for popular stores like Next, Arcadia (Burton, Dorothy Perkins), House of Fraser, Top Shop etc.
