thanks i re registered the phone.. got the credit today! finally :j lol..
then i sent the text for the calls50 but got back the reply you already have this bolt on.:mad: but when i dial for credit it says i have no bolt on..

still nothing.. tried ringing customer care and they tell me as i have not topped up i will not be able to get the calls 50.. she found out i had not topped up by asking "security questions" of when was last time i topped up and with how much and how i had topped up. foiled again i think.. anyone got any other ideas.. or am i destined to just have £2.50 free credit, which is like i have said better than a kick in the teeth! but i hate to think i am missing out on something lol

Thats ok MUHAMID am grateful for your time.. what message do you want me to send again? the one for calls 50 or to explain what i have done so far..

ok i will do both.. sent message to O2..
as for what i have done so far.. got the £2.50 for re registering the phone.. applied for calls 50 received message saying that i would get it on 48hours .. then got message saying that i wasnt eligible as i had already got that bolt on..checked bolt on balace and i dont have one. rang customer services saying what i had been told and was then told that as i hadnt topped up my phone i would not be eligible for that bolt on.. any ideas??

Pash do you have another 02 sim you could use. As a family we have several of these 02 sims and all worked using Muhamids loop hole.

just thought that as you are having such problems with the sim you are using it might be better to just take the £2.50 on that sim and try again with a new sim.

I have a spare sim if you do not have any more.

Hi i did the above and it seemed to work i.e my account was credited with 300 texts. these have now disppeared,ive tried doing it with another new sim card without success,has it been stopped now? anyone any ideas please? Thanks.

yes i got free texts that dissapeared too.. now i have nothing lol

Alternatively you can call on 2425 to activate Bolt On.

b'cuz pash in your case you don't have any other option.
and normally it works if you try 2nd or 3rd time.
