Text the word TEXT to 1127 and you will get 30 free texts

edited to add, if you text the word FILM to 241, you get BOGOF at selected cinemas on Wednesdays

so I will do exactly that on Friday 4 days before the expiry date so that they do not use the £2.50 free credit I had free at the start

I got this same text and a confirmation the next day that the bolt on had been cancelled.
I sent the cancellation text straight away so that I do not forget. The bolt on free minutes is still active until the original end date. Thanks to 02 for being so helpful in sending reminders.

have you registered your sim first?
if not register it.when you will get your 2.50.send text for free Bolt On again.
if you have already registered it send text again.
