  • I've emailed o2 asking why I got charged £7.99 for the calls 50 bolt on. I've explained it's supposed to be free for 3 months. I'll see what excuse they come back with.
  • I emailed them and got a reply today. They said my son wasn't entitled to it and I've emailed them again asking why they keep sending him texts to say he needs to claim a "treat". They're supposed to be putting the £7.99 back onto his phone so we'll see.
    If I had known then what I know now . . .

  • I'm still waiting on a reply. Maybe I'll hear tomorrow. If not they''ll be getting a fone call.
They are still ripping me off with txt messages to. My mobile counted 288 when I started getting charged for txts, about 10 days before my anniversary date. I asked them about it and they were adamant I'd used the full 300. Well I've reset the counter, so I'll double check again.

I didnt ever register my card in the first place. I have no credit on it, yet last month I got 50 Xnet minutes on it. I wonder why it wont work this month.
Funny question but are you sure you are having right 1 sim?b'cuz it happened to me, i was looking for free minuts on another sim when i'm having many sims (activated for free bolt on)then i found right 1.so check your all sims if you have more than 1.b'cuz i'm sure you should get your free minuts if you got it for 1st month.

Well funny you should mention that, because that is also there. At the bottom of each page you will see a clickable link to Archive. If you go in there you will find a front page of the forums, go the board you want then go to the last page for the most up to date threads.

There you will find the threads in numerical order, ie this thread is on page 11, thread number 2689 and if you click on that you can read the thread on the one page, however you can't reply from there but it is handy for reading.

The threads are in order of when they were started not when the last post was made but although it is called Archive it is up to date.

Found it, even with your instructions it took me 15 minutes. I am guessing less than 10% of the forum users would know where to find the archives.

Out of interest where do you find the thread number from?

    Thanks.

  • I got a reply from them. I'm not entitled to the free bolt on because I have been a customer for longer than 6 months. Can't argue with that, and I ain' wanting to change my sim card and mess about giving my new number out.

02 also give treats to customers who have been with them for more than 6 months. Call 2211 free from your mobile to pick your treat. There's a thread about it here and details on the 02 website here.
