thanks muhamid,
my free minutes run out in about a month,and i have just started a new o2 contract so i want to keep the pay&go sim as a back up but didnt want to start being charged the £8 after january.

just to let you guys know that that i got calls50 without topping up in november and now december they have been given again without a top up. So a big thx to the OP.

I added "calls 50" and it charged me £7.99 as soon as I topped up. Needed to top up for my 300 free txts. Anyone know how to cancell this bolt on by txt message????

I got the free 50 minutes last month on 3rd November without topping-up. So far this month no more free minutes. Have I done something wrong as I assumed it would be free minutes for 3 months.

Well funny you should mention that, because that is also there. At the bottom of each page you will see a clickable link to Archive. If you go in there you will find a front page of the forums, go the board you want then go to the last page for the most up to date threads.

There you will find the threads in numerical order, ie this thread is on page 11, thread number 2689 and if you click on that you can read the thread on the one page, however you can't reply from there but it is handy for reading.

The threads are in order of when they were started not when the last post was made but although it is called Archive it is up to date.

I've just received my 2nd month's worth of 50 free minutes today and I haven't topped up. I registered my sim and got the £2.50 free credit so I still have a small balance on my phone. Do you have any credit and have you tried ringing the top-up line to check the status of your bolt on?

I didnt ever register my card in the first place. I have no credit on it, yet last month I got 50 Xnet minutes on it. I wonder why it wont work this month.
