    Hello :hello: to all again.

Really need to get my list up and updated; have been flying, honest, but not really had time to post today.

JoJo Any chance of your car visiting France and stocking up on some wine for us all!? :D
poohbear59 My mum once threw all my stuff out of the window and into the back garden when I kept putting off tidying.......
nicki Well done on finishing it! You must need a nice reward now?
Redmadcurls I might be tempted to tell him there is a prostate inflaming virus going around and that you will have to get the doctor to call in and examine him.....
pigpen, Redmadcurls, germish_se (spooooky about your SIL by the way!) I swear by Bravissimo too for fitting, usually buy one or two bras when I visit. Try lots on though whilst I'm there and then I know what size I am in different brands (mostly a 32F!)
jjef Hope you feel better now.
cha97michelle Thanks for the congrats; I was worn out just reading about your morning.......
    hollyh Have a good hol!
boddy Thanks for the congrats. I've lived in Edinburgh but only visited Aberdeen briefly; will have to scout around the boards for some locals to give me the lowdown.
Dusty Thanks for the congrats; it's a big relief (well will be when we exchange)

Big hellos and hugs to everyone else (MrsV slinks off to find list and actually do some of it............)

apparently v. good and cheap and will take back anything that does'nt fit properly.

Got a 70% summer sale on.

Oh no, I can feel my credit card humming in my purse......can always put these down in the budget as spending on DH; he gets more fun out of me trying them on than I do........

    Well done Nicki :)
RMC - I seem to recall reading somewhere the men are more likely to suffer from colds as women have superior immune systems. I have a feeling the research was male though. Hope the poor little fella gets better soon! :D

I'm a bad person, I've just realised it's OH's birthday tomorrow and I haven't got a card or present or anything. I was positive that it was the 18th today and I had another 24hrs, but no. Luckily I'll be at work when he wakes up. I think I'm going to be rushing around town afterwards, though.

Going to gets some of the list done while dinner cooks. Feeling pretty shattered, though, so I'm taking it easy.

    Afternoon all

Well I've had a pleasant day drinking cups of tea in various venues.

Two boys on school holidays now so chaos will reign for the next six weeks.

A quick HHC for me in the kitchen whilst making tea for DS2 and 3. Tonight I plan to do the accounts whilst watching the eviction.

DS has just informed me that his own bed was wet as well - so that has been wet all day! Bedding now stripped and in the WM and I've remade our bed.

Need to make a start on tea now and clean the kitchen. DD is under the impression she is having a party for tea - she's already had a party at school.

Quick tea - french bread sliced, blob of jar bolog sauce and slice of mozzie cheese - one child turned his nose up but the others gobbled theirs up.

Still have not tidied the kitchen.

    Evening everyone.

Managed a litlle flying before I went to see mum. Had a little cry when I came out cos its not my mum as I knew her.

Did my meeting and greeting. This young girl had just come in with her sister and I stepped forward. Thought she looks terrible and her sis said something bout diabetes. Then the girl said Im going and was about to pass out. Luckily a ambulance driver had seen and we got her into a chair and whizzed her to A&E.

Saw GGD1 at tea time. We have a local cheap supermarket and often look at the leaflet for bargains. GGD1 told me she wanted a Dora Explorer space hopper for xmas:eek: DD and I were reminicing about the one she had. Anyway got Dora on the way home so thats another pressie bought.

Michell What a morning you had I hope rest of the day has gone better.

**Pops in and sits on the big bobs bench with Triker** Bravissimo for me most of the time due to sizes. Freya are lovely but too small :( Fantasie is usually my only choice. I left school wearing a G or something stupid.

RMC hope he's better soon to save your sanity! I like to use the following phrase - kids get colds, men get flu and women get on with it!
poohbear the only question I'd have is why haven't you made them do it sooner?! Kick their ****
boddy she's lucky you were there, quite a few people visiting relatives who have diabetes end up needing treatment I was told because they don't eat properly etc when they are worried/dashing about for someone else. ((big hugs too)) must be really difficult for you with your Mum.
hex at least you're honest :rotfl: my partner is blissfully unaware of this thread really, well I have mentioned it but it's rare he listens to anything I say.
nicki well done for getting the assignment done and managing to use the online submission, I can't get it to work!

We're going, Monday - Friday next weekm when we were looking through found a site on special offer, £44.80 for Mon-Friday. DPs agreed to take the Thursday off as it's getting so quiet on a Thursday he's barely covering his fuel. Ds2s having extra 2 days off on HTs agreement, she said he'll probably get more, especially socially, out of going away than he will out of the last 2 days, they'd brought all their books home today so definately not planning on doing a lot. Ds1 was finished today anyway, he's come home with half the library. School were having a clear out so he's come home with loads, not as if he doesn't have a library worth of books in his room as it is.

Anyway, wrote a panic list, everything we need to get done, then screamed! DPs away as usual on Sunday which he won't back out of even if it was him who wanted to go away, but he has spent 3 hours tidying and cleaning the sitting room before he went to work. He hasn't done the ledge thing, TV unit or window so I have that to do. He did however pull the sofas out and do behind them etc so I can't say he's done nothing. List left to do however is huge, he's got to help tomorrow morning/afternoon but then he'll be at work then away. I think I will post it later so I don't have to keep finding the piece of paper and can cross off.

Right, must feed 2 boys, they got presents from school which they ate when they got home so late dinner. Still thinking I must be mad to voluntarily have DS2 off for 7 weeks instead of 6 1/2..........oh well. Catch you all later with my mammoth list..
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb
