I just rang and said I wanted to order one. When he said how much it was, I just sounded surprised and said I thought it was only "the old price" in the "Out of the Kitchen" brochure and he just said OK, I can honour that price.0 -
I shall take a deep breath and give it a try:D
Thanks.

While that was going on I cooked 4 leek and pork sausages, and when the veg were cooked, tender and melting I cut up the sausages and aded them to the 'Moska together with a big teaspoon of horseradish sauce (mustard would have been good instead) and a bit of grated cheese. I just warmed it all up a bit and served - delicious for 2 hungry people, tho next time I'd do 2 leeks as it cooked down a lot. It all took about 30 mins, and as I lined the frying pan (for the sausages) with Magic liner I don't even have to wash up a nasty frying pan. I love my 'Moska !
I can highly recommend this I cooked it today!
I did forget the cheese and leave the sausages whole, my OH said he liked it and normally food gets eaten without any comment ( )!!.0 -

Hi Sunnyday,
like you I felt a little apprehensive about asking about the price difference so I sent them an email on the contact details on the website asking them to confirm that the price in the "Out of the Kitchen" Summer catalogue was still valid as it says valid until 31st August on the front of the catalogue. I sent this late at night and when I checked my email early next morning there was a very nice reply saying that they would honour the lower price if I ordered over the phone by 31st August. They said they would put the details regarding the lower price on my account (they had created this from the information which is included when you send an email) and when I called and placed the order the lady I spoke to confirmed that there was a note to this effect on the account and I got it a the lower price - painless and simple and very good customer service from Lakeland - and of course a £10 saving!

remoska seems to hold the flavour in better, it is easy to wash and nothing splashes out.
Sorry to be dense but how can it be easier to clean the Remoska than it is to wash a non stick pan? I know I'm sounding argumentative and I don't mean to be, it just doesn't seem to make sense.0 -

Thanks.
