sorry if this sounds harsh i dont mean it to but this states you not bein charged per minute was a promotion, therefore if you new you had a promotion about it you new it was gona happen so i dont think you gota leg to stand on mate with otelo or anyone else sorry to be so blunt

if any is has had a phone with this as a promotion to start you wont be able to cancel as legaly you now its gona happen as they are 'as a promotion' not doin straight away with you
They never told anyone it was a promotion before this. They're only now claiming that it was to cover their backs.

the problem is an i hate to say it is that as long as they can prove that memo's or trainin was given out - pretty much that there staff were told (an all corperations can) there's nothin that legally can be done unless if its over the phone you can get a D.S.I.R which can prove you went told then the action is taken agents that persson by you possible but definetly by 3 an then as you have hard evidence that you wernt told they should cancel unless they try an wien out another way which then otelo as its a legal problem then would intervien

i wasnt on a mix n match contract i was on online 1400 maybe thats why i got cancelled i upgraded after the change yes but i kept my existing terms which wernt available then

  • And none of you are on M&M ?

Sorry for the repeated questions like this but i'm just looking for even the tiniest glint that I can take back to Otelo.

I'm on Videotalk500 (vt500), this is a very old tariff from quite a while bacl (before M&Ms started).

it means you gota take it to the 3 shop u got it from or phone the call center an ask were to send it as they need to put updated software on it, its only a possability but if you speak to tech support they should be able to tell you what is wrong an advise of the best course of action

take the battery out an turn it back on that usually temporelaly fixes it
  • i am on the £15pm 600 texts and 75 mins contract ( or something along those lines) and i started my contract in july '07. I sent a letter to the office at glasgow saying I wanted to cancel my contract cos these new terms would be of detriment to me. i received a phone call from three yesterday and they tried to get me to stay but i refused so they eventually gave in, cancelled my contract and gave me my PAC
I'm now thinking of moving to Vodafone and treat myself to a samsung tocco
