Hash has to be one of the most delicious and cheapest meals around. We had corned beef hash for supper yesterday and I wish I'd made more as every bit was devoured by my family. I make corned beef hash by mixing mashed potatoes, corned beef and fried onions - I put it into a well greased baking dish and bake for abou 40 minutes - it goes crusty top and bottom. I like it with a fried egg or beans (but not both ), and the kids like it with ketchup.

Thriftlady - we always had your Christmas dinner hash at home - we had it most Mondays using the remains of |Sundays roast dinner - I only like it if it has processed peas in it though!
