I have worked in mobiles for 5 years now theres pretty much not a lot I dont know about mobiles. I work for the uk's largest independent mobile phone company. If You want any questions needing answered or looking for a great deal ask me and I'll do my best to help if any amazing deals come on I shall let all my fellow money savers know. I'm not on here to sell to you only to help.
I am on my way to saving lots of money by the small things in life and if I can use my knowledge to help other I shall.

Why won't e2save price match mobile rainbow?
Why don't Dextra have any D600s or W800is? Why do they have the cheek to leave a phone on their site for ages after wa sdiscontinued and then hit my credit rating for a credit check before telling me they didn't have the handset anyway and couldn't offer nearly such a good deal on other handsets. Why can they afford to be much more generous with boots point sthan with real cashback?
Will the voda half price for 6 months on 18 month contracts offer continue beyond the end of the month? On this offer are ther eany limits to downgrading after 6 months?

To be honest I dont know why they dont price match mobile rainbow have you tried cpwonline?

Dextra to be honest are crap however the w800is are sony ericsson's fault they have not supplied enough for everyone I am a manager of a small cpw store in a small town and altogether since release I have 6 in stock I spoke to the rep for sony and basically they cant keep up with demand.
May I say something here the k750i is fundamentally the same phone just a smaller memory card and also black in colour without the walkman branding you will get a better deal on the k750i because of this.
I recommend ot amazing phone love mine.

Cpw have loads of d600's so go there and you will get them I even have them!
Loads of companies advertise disco handsets as we do have them in stock maybe just not the branch you were in ask the consultant to source you one. With a 18month contact on voda you can downgrade HOWEVER if it is a cash back deal you must wait til you have recieved your cheques? If it is automatic on the bill then no just change it after 6 months!

The other thing, with a K750i you can change the software so that you have the w800i software on it aswell, meaning, you can use the 'phone' on a plane as a 'mp3 player' so the only loss is colour and headphones, which are better on w800i.

Buy a 1Gig card on eBay for £60 and upgrade the software, your looking at pretty much the same phone

I understood that the 800 can take 'generic' headphones and the 750i can't?
I got my wife a 750i on 8 months free and no downgrade restriction after 6 months from osps - can't get anywhere near that now unfortunately (my stepson wants new phone now). Anyone know how the d600 compares with the w880i?

D600 is billed as a camera phone rather than a music phone, Samsung havent got bluetooth perfect yet so if you need it for that dont bother,

A brill music phone is the motorola e1 roker first phone with itunes, and very cheap on pay and go think its at 179.99 just now but free on a contract try tmob u fix so you can limit how much he spends.

oh and the roker takes generic earphones,

the k75o comes with earphones in the box.

i am looking at the d600....u say that bluetooth is not good...i assume it works fine in the car on blutooth?????

Samsung only brought out there first bluetooth phone last year the d500 major problems were trying to send your photos to a bluetooth printer 9/10 didnt work.

Also I had a d500 using a sony ericcsson hbh300 carkit which it crashed the engineer explained that samsungs bt was to blame.

The only thing I can suggest is if you really want this phone buy the samsung bluetooth headset as this will be the headset that supports all the functions.

I am stuffed out of contract with Orange, they are not interested in me as not a bit spender. Would like to go xnet with text and pay very little for it, of course. Have been offered deal with E2save for 02 200xnet + 100texts doubled for 3 months. Half price line rental for 9 mths @ £15, 3 mths @ £30.99. However this is dependant on me sending bills in. Other deal is mega with 3, but wary of them 500 xnet + 100 text 10 mths @ £4.99 2 mths @ £30 on nokia 6630, or 7mths all the same above except 7 mths @ £15 and 5mths at £30 but on 6680. So I am stuck and dont know what to do. Any advice gratefully received

When you say orange isnt interested have you said you are leaving?
they change there tune very quickly when you do this for some customers they match 3's tarriffs try that before going to another network.

What features are you looking for on a phone?
