Sub £120k is great, well done. I'll be continuing with my mortgage fund after Christmas too, hopefully I can put more into it with my wages go back to normal when I go back to work in the New Year.0

Good luck on the return to work; hope little ones' health all remains good initially at least upon your return.0 -
Hi everybody,
No more MFW updates, but just wanted to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a great MFW start to 2009!
(Not such a great start for me though... my lodger's returning to her native land in February... hopefully a replacement won't be too far behind  )
Bye for now

And the same to you Moo! Sorry to hear you're losing your lodger - as you say though fingers crossed not too long until the next one happens along.

Hellooooooooo everybody, oldies and newbies :hello:
Just reporting in, made my first payment of the year this week, £214.40, so off to a good start with my £1k target (and not too bad for my £5k fantasy target either, lol) :j
In view of current economic climate, and the fact that I want to get a new stove fitted before next winter... and possibly a newer car as well... think I'll be making smaller OPs from Feb onwards, but should still manage the £1k
Oooh, and have hopefully bagged a new lodger for the end of Feb/beginning of March as well... just waiting for the deposit to turn up!
Hope all is well out there in MFW land

well done on the op. 0 -
Good grief, I can't believe I haven't posted here since January!
Hello to all MFWs out there, I've just updated my sig, have made a few small OPs this year but don't think realistically I'll reach the 1k.
My car died in Feb so that needed sorting... and I've gone for the wood-burner as well, which was more than I'd anticipated  so OPs have been relegated somewhat.
2 new lodgers now though...who will be paying for the above, should be straight for early 2010... and then there are carpets needing replacing.
Groan. Hope the rest of you are doing a better job ha ha.0
