    Thanks Floxxie..

Yesterday's Eeyore moment wasn't about the OP situation really, I was just feeling rather fed up generally...and lack of OPs didn't help! ;)

But that was yesterday, and I'm fundamentally an optimist... I have my moments like most people... but prefer not to wallow in them :)

Soon be the weekend :j ... planning on sorting out my CDs etc and hopefully getting some dry weather for a bit of shooting practice

    Are you an archer mooninyak?

Sounds intriguing so let us have the details!

Mmm, just realised that your reference to stalkers might not be those kind of stalkers, the kind that DD manages to attract.

:rotfl: Alas, the reference to stalkers does indeed mean those kind - nothing directly related to the archery I'm afraid :o

I only took it up in January so I'm not much cop yet... but it's good fun nevertheless. I belong to a Field Archery club so rain isn't good :(

Been a bit non-MS lately as I've been acquiring bits of kit, but hopefully the big spending is over for a while (until I decide I really really need a 3D target to shoot at in the back garden ;) )

What a great hobby - I mean the archery, not attracting stalkers!

    Hi Moominyak

Don't be down - it's hard to keep going all the time! I'm having a couple of months where I'm not able to overpay as much as I would like to........but every little helps. I just lake sure I overpay something every month!

    Will refocus in September. ;)

Hi PO, yep... I've OP'd a tiny bit in August and there may be more yet...thought I'd have more to spare each month by now, but have upped my provisions for fuel (I have oil central heating  ) and insurances, so at least I'm being prudent with it rather than frittering needlessly ... most of the time ;)

I'm also trying to get a bit of an emergency stash going (like it's best to before starting on the OPs... oops :o ). It's in its infancy yet, but at least it's got my impending MOT covered (I hope) :)

I'm soooooooo looking forward to these Faster Payments coming into play - I can't wait to see my OPs hitting almost instantly rather than the 8 days it currently takes online (what a sad git I am :D )

    B****y rain!!

At least I managed to get the grass at the back cut last night

And I have a ton of other stuff to do indoors so it can still be a productive weekend.

Not very helpful for an archery comp. later in the month though! :(

Hi raining in North Wales too but have to stay in as waiting for dd new bed to be delivered and waiting for baby to arrive!!!

Well done with overpayments, mine have taken a back seat at the mo due to needing money for paying for dh course and Xmas holiday with in-laws. Hope to be back on track soon.
