I would tell them you will be contacting trading standards! After all you kept your part of the bargain and did the workon the trust you would be paid for it.
In my experience, they normally reply to you pretty quickly if they think trading standards will investigate.0 -
What was this survey on? I think I did a survey for a £10 voucher, but I don't want to e-mail them if I'm wrong and I haven't done a survey for them!0

Cars was the £10 one and Regional TV for the £2 one0

glad im not in the same boat
ive emailed sam three times and have not had anything back
ive just emailed ipoints asking for help, hopefully they'll be able to intervene on our behalf, at the end of the day the email came from ipoints and as such they have involvement in this0 -
Thanks to everyone who's posted on this thread. I also did the £10 and £2 surveys and never received anything.
This is disgraceful behaviour by ipoints, and judging by the responses they've given to people on this thread, they've tried to fob people off by telling some whopping lies.
They must have saved a fortune by not sending out any vouchers.0 -
I received an email from them this morning:
Thank you for your email.
I am sorry that you have experienced these delays. I spoke to the client yesterday who stated that all vouchers have now been sent. You should therefore receive your voucher either today or tomorrow. Should this not be the case, please let me know and I will get straight back to the client to resolve this.
Once again, apologies for the delay with this.
Regards
Tim
