Same here - I did one for £10 and never received a voucher - the only voucher I did receive was one that I had ordered myself because I had enough points.

Sounds like a right con artist attempt from ipoints. Using us as dummies while they sell on the data. If you can't offer £10 vouchers don't bother. E-mail that t2web address and give them a piece of our mind. Seems they are centre of this mess up. Their address is 3 Sword Close in Herts.

I emailed ipoints again and they gave me this email address [EMAIL="sam.lowe@t2web.co.uk"]sam.lowe@t2web.co.uk[/EMAIL]
I emailed yesterday and have emailed again today as noone has bothered to email back.

Has anybody received any replies from the sam.lowe@t2web.co.uk adress yet? I have emailed ipoints again just now regarding this fiasco as I am fuming about this blatant attempt at getting out of paying us for this survey. Will let you know when I hear anything

No i have emailed twice last week and heard nothing - pretty peeved actually to say the least. may email again- not that it will prob do any good.:mad:

Absolutely abysmal. Makes you not want to complete a ipoints survey again. Be quite a loss of income for them

I feel the same way,I stopped doing the usual surveys because they never put the points on so I got fed up of chasing them and getting no points and replies.I think I'm going to cash in November and close my account
