Survey done for £10

I have also emailed today about the £10 voucher, I also realised that I completed a survey in June for a £2 voucher that I have not received yet either so I will update you when I get a reply.

I had a reply saying that there had been some issues, but were now sorted and they should be here within 7 days..

Oh would you look at that, 7 working days have passed and I haven't received my vouchers. Another email sent :mad:

I had totally forgotten about this syrvey till I saw this the posts on this thread. No I not received anything either. Sounds like it is pointless to Email them though but if the consensus of opinion is that we should all chase them then I will but I do not remember who it was with so if someone could send me the Email addy I'll do it. Seem to remember that I did one earlier for a smaller amount too. I tend to do these odd surveys in good faith and just trust it will eventally turn up but maybe that is what they rely on.

wow, got a reply within 5 minutes! I was told that the company sending the vouchers have sent them all, except for those that they didn't have an address for, so I've confirmed my address which will be passed to ensure delivery. this is the reply I got 2 days ago

Thank you for your email.

We apologise that you have not received your vouchers as yet. We can
confirm that the Survey Company have despatched the vouchers. They
have informed us that many members did not supply them with a delivery
address and therefore have been unable to despatch some vouchers. If
this is the case please can we ask you to email sam.lowe@t2web.co.uk
and they will arrange for these to be sent.

more fobbing off then,as I know that I have given my details,I have emailed them again but got no reply as yet and no voucher still,what a surprise!
