ive just chased Sam, two of my contacts at ipoints and that Tim who was quoted further up this thread
I have also given Tim the link to this thread and suggested that he checks out what some of us think of ipoints and how bad this mess is at the moment0 -

just to let you know ive had a reply back this morning from tim, he's said that they wont be using that particular company again which is reassuring to hear
also, im advised that my voucher was amongst those sent out yesterday and that i should receive it today or tomorrow
im glad tim took the time to get back to me so quickly, he didn't have to get back to me, he didnt have to get back to me as quick as he did so my confidence is restored somewhat in this whole saga
at the end of the day though the proof will be in the post over the next day or so, watch this space0 -

a 2nd envelope came today... for the THings to do in Nottinghamshire with some kind of discount card (did for one mad moment thought it would be the vouchers)! As for the £10 voucher from this survey absolutely nought

to be fair im not suprised no-one has received them, if we are to believe that they were posted yesterday
lets face it, we're all p'ed off with the company, they're probably p'ed off with us bombarding them with emails (through no fault of our own it must be said), ipoints have got involved and they're probably p'ed off that this has all gone wrong as it looks bad on them
with all this in mind, would the company have sent the vouchers 1st class just to shut us all up and get us off their backs? realistically i doubt it
as i said before i reckon (again if they were posted) that they would of gone out 2nd class and as such with the bank holiday nearly upon us this will delay things further
on the other hand they may of been sent late in the day via 1st class and we'll all live happily ever after tomorrow *now where's that flying pig smilie?*0 -
