Nothing here, but then I havnt even had the courtesy of a reply from Ipoints from my query on Monday - does anyone have Tims email at Ipoints?

i too did the survey and have still not had voucher thru . i think it's disgusting and am not doing no more ipoints surveys til i receive the voucher

Well, I made a point yesterday of cashing in some points too to get a cinema voucher (don't really want it as I don't go to the flicks).

Contacted trading standards, they advised to write to them. Not sure if that via post or e-mail which I've already done. The famous e-mail from tim advised me to wait.. Seem to be doing a lot of that :P

I got a reply from Tim he said vouchers had been despatched yesterday... yeah,right course they have :rolleyes:

Thanks Horace, Ive emailed him just now, told him how disappointed everyone is and asked for confirmation of when I will receive voucher (for what its worth) :mad:

post arrived earlier on - no vouchers though so have emailed tim

last time i contacted him he got back pretty quickly so hoping i hear something back this morning

i cant see why ipoints cant send us a voucher from their own company or credit the points onto our account and then claim back the vouchers/cash from the company
