            thats ok
i have been looking around too just to check my package is still good
then i saw this solo plan that i think is great too.
and if you spent £30 in a few days you will get so much more for £20
as your get 500 mins too so you can call your children.0

Hi, i have always only used my mobile for emergencies and to keep in contact with the kids - so used pay as you go and topped up when necessary. I probably used less than £10 per month.
Now i am texting someone regularly and have used over £30 in the last few days (virgin network). I need a contract.
Are there any good ones about - preferably as cheap as possible?
 Thanks
Have a look at the Virgin Liberty SIM - £15 a month gives you 1000 texts a month as well as free minutes ( cant remember how many)
If youre a prolific texter the 2000 text per month tariff is £200

Hello, I'm a newbie to this forum.
I'm looking for a SIM only deal for my daughter. I only want to pay £10.00 a month and want as many free texts as possible for her. At the moment her mobile is on Orange and I've been paying 12p a text.
So far I have come across the following offers : Virgin 100 mins + 100 texts or Orange Dolphin 10 - 150 mins and 300 texts. Does anyone know of any better deals?
CheersBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

The Orange Dolphin 10 includes free texts 7.00 pm to 7.00 am evenings and all w/end which makes it a better deal than the Virgin one. Fair usage policy is 3,000 texts.0

I would have to agree. I got orange dolphin for my mum - she used to put about £40 a month on her pay as you go phone. She is well happy. Also it is a rolling one month contract, so if anything changes and you don't need it anymore, you can simply cancel with one months notice at any time. If you go through the quidco cashback site, you will get £20 cashback which adds to the attraction. (just check, I think other cashback sites might offer a wee bit more). The only thing to watch is that I noticed they signed my mum up to 30 minutes of video calling as a free trial - they said it would end after the trial period, but no doubt it will continue and she would start paying for it, she I made sure she cancelled it, just in case!0

I got one for my daughter and didn't know anything about these video minutes until dialing 150 to find out how many minutes/texts she had left so certainly wasn't told about it when I phoned to order. Do you know what the trial period is?0

There is a vodafone sim only deal on at the moment, 75 mins and 600 texts for £10 a month, if you go through quido you will get paid £90 cashback, but you have to keep it activated for 4 months, but hey the contract is on 30 day notice basis and basically they're paying you.0

Thank you - top post updated accordingly.0

Sorry if I've missed it abiove (I've had a quick look through) but I had a cashback deal on a Virgin SIM only through e2save.
It's now run out and it looks like it's now been withdrawn. Are there any others available?
 Thanks0
