Yes the Olay GWP offer is still on.

The nice thing is it works across all the Olay ranges and even with Reduced items too. :T :T

I am post pregnancy so thought I would get the shampoo and conditioner with the pc coupon couldn't find any rang cs discovered is discontinued (they did this with the baby video monitor, sent a coupon then discon it) Rang to complain, they told me to send them the coupon why I don't know and they will compensate me. Last time when I complained about the video monitor they just put 1000 points on my card will let you know what I get when I get round to posting it.

i went into boots this morning, and tried to use my tillspills, i had 12 all together, went to the sales assistant i usually go to, as she is really nice, and when i said i was using coupons, she asked to take my advantage card, to take my name and number as she thinks i was committing frad as i had so many vouchers! i said that friends and family have giving me them to use but she wasn't happy, she said she was going to go report me to head office. but she still put the vouchers through tho, and i got my stuff, but i was feeling really embarrsed and hurt, as she tried to make it public by raising her voice when she said she was going to report me. i was feeling really mixed up by it all, so i came straight home and phoned customer service, and they said that she should'nt have done that, that you can use as many vouchers as you want. They are going to call me back later on, so will let you all know what they say.

That's really unnecessary behaviour - even if there was a problem she didn't need to embarrass you like that - a quiet word would have sufficed!

Seems to have happened to a couple of people lately. I don't see what the problem is really - Boots are sending the vouchers out to be used - if we 'swap' them between friends to make sure we have the ones we'll actually use, why are the SA's creating about it?

At the end of the day, we go in there to use our vouchers, and spend, spend, spend at the same time - I know if I look at my CC bill it'll show me evidence that Mr B is certainly making money out of me, not vice versa! If I wasn't trying to make the most of the glitches and vouchers at Boots, a lot of my purchases would be made at Wilkinsons / superdrug / savers / Mr T's who often have as good or better offers if you don't include the ACM and PC vouchers.

So sorry you went through that humiliation Iwanttoliveinboots - hope you're feeling better now and get a satisfactory resolution from CS.

IWANTTOLIVEINBOOTS That is really awful the way she treated you, i just dont understand why some sas try to embarass people when they are doing nothing wrong:mad: I use a lot of pc coupons that ive swapped or been given and the way i see it is what difference does it make who uses the coupon? Be it the person it was sent to or someone else ONE person will still have used it! If that makes any sense at all!

That's ridiculous! I'm convinced that the usually happy and helpful SAs have been told to not be so helpful. I went to Boots Fishergate in Preston at lunchtime to use up one of my £2 TS on a £1.99 FrizzEase travel size. When I handed it over to the usually chirpy and really helpful male SA he tells me I can't use the voucher with that. So I told him... yes, you can! So, he tried and was amazed it went through. He should know me better by now!
But I think these SAs are being nobbled by senior management... bring on more glitches, just to annoy them!!!!
