That's weird, I mean good for you that it works, but I bought it too, I have dry hair but whenever I put it on at night, no matter how dry my hair is, in the morning it feels sort of sticky and matted and not soft at all!

(re: UG overnight mask) - Could it be that you're using too much? My hair feels so soft when I wake up, and it's not so disheveled looking, either. You don't need that much, just use the minimum it takes to cover your hair, like the size of a 20p piece. And I have hair past my shoulders.

Just received an email back from cs who apologised for the trouble I've had. They said they could see from my ac that I was a very good customer indeed and they have given me 2500 points  :D:D

I think a shopping trip to Boots is in order :rotfl:

Well done on getting the points added. I'm still fighting them over them taking my money twice on dot com. I'm guessing this will be along the same lines as if you'd ordered online. So you will have to enter your card into ACM next time you're in to get the points added to your balance. This is just a guess though, so if someone could maybe confirm that?
    Started comping 29/10/2010

Dotchas, so sorry to hear about your bad news. Thinking of you (((hugs))) fingers crossed you will make a speedy recovery. Good luck for the 23rd hun.

iwanttoliveinboots, I hope CS offer you some points as compensation for the way you were treated over the tillspits. Unfortunately, we are hearing more stories like this. Some SA's seem to get a kick out of embarrassing customers - either that or they are jealous of all the freebies we are getting. Thankfully, there are a lot of nice SA's too. I had one yesterday. Really lovely guy who was actually pleased that I'd got some good bargains. Bless him:D

Well I have tried with varying amounts, but I will try with just the minimum and see what happens! :D thanks!

Quick question for the long-timers on here ;) - do Boots ever reduce their sunglasses? Knew I should have got a pair when the last spit was on (had a pair but now they've broken ! ) Off on hols in August and was wondering whether to wait a week or so in case they started reducing them or they have a promotion on them.

    TIA xx

Thanks for all the comments regarding my boots shop tihs morning. i am going to try and claim something back anyway, as i suffer from depression and im easily affended sometimes and get up set and this really upset me, so going to tell them that. if they haven't called back by tomorrow, then im calling them. i'll be in boots tomorrow picking up a prescirption, so going to ask to see the manager (going to be hard, as he's a dead fit guy!! lol) but i've seen him a few times in boots, so he'l know im a good customer.
oh i forgot to say, the sa is actully a supervisor, as she's the one that comes to the till if another sa needs help. so it was really out of hand what she did.

That's even more out of order - she's supposed to be setting an example!

I know it sounds silly, but make notes on what people have suggested you say in previous posts. There's been some really great suggestions - especially the points raised about the till splits being given out because you spend so much in Boots so you're fully entitled to use them as you please. Then just check the notes before you go in the shop to refresh yourself and your resolve, and be strong and know you're in the right here.

    Good luck ;)
