I think it's the same as when you order online - you just put your card in the ACM and then it adds your 'pending' points.

Well done on getting a great result. With regards to the ACM machine - what you need to do is when you next visit Boots - pop your advantage card into the ACM Pink machine and a message will come up about pending points ie the 350 points then they will be added to the points balance which is already on your card. Hope this makes sense

Urmm, i think they mean.. that you have to put your card into the ACM and it adds the points.. the same as when you do an order on boots.com and you have to do that aswell to get the points added.

I use a thing called Tiny Pic for my smilies huni, I don't know if I'm allowed to post the web address but if you google it, it'll come up Then all you do is register, search for smiles, add the ones you like to your favourites then when you want to use them, go to favourites select the smilie you want then on the left hand side of the Tiny pic website, it'll say something like "code for message boards and forums, click to copy" you click it then paste it on your MSE message box Sounds complicated but its dead easy

No probs, glad you got it ok. I got yours the other day too, but I couldn't remember who it was I'd swapped with to thank :rotfl: I have a terrible memory and I swapped so many at the same time. Thanks though

Ooooh, THANK YOU ALL I think I get it now, I've never got CS to add points before, only asked CS if they could help b/c I was kicking myself for forgetting to hand my 350pts wys 40 quid voucher in I'm off to boots in an hour or so will they be on the acm by then?
