Just had a letter from the Editor of the Daily Mail - Paul Dacre offering his apologies, explaining that the event was organised by a firm which is owned by their parent company but has nothing to do with the Daily Mail.

Afraid not, but I'm happy with just the full refund for santaland. My little girl did enjoy herself and she even mentioned the outing today, so it was probably worth the money spent on train tickets and parking fees. This is the first time I have actually asked for a full refund and will differently be doing it again when the service/product was as bad as SantaLand was.

Hi guys/girls

Just seeing this thread prompted me to follow up a complaint I sent 6 weeks ago to which I never received a reply.

The email addresses mentioned earlier seem to have produced some results, most seem to be have forwareded to a Hayley Kirk, but have had a reply from Guy Zitter who has forwaded it to a Brenda Daly.

I will keep you all updated.

I had to chase my complaint response up 4 times in the end. They sent me the form okay and I returned that. But then it was just all silent... emailed asking what was happening and then someone on Customer Service said they would look into it. 3 weeks later, I had to chase them, then again a week later. Anyway I have now been told that my card has been credited by the booking agents. I will see!!
