  • well I complained last night to all the email addresses listed and I have got and returned my refund form. hopefully that will come through soon.

Apparently Daily Mail are investigating "Trend and Culture" in January.

It helps... but it certainly has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and money can't wash away those bad memories...

Could somebody send me the refund form? I have emailed the list, but not had anything yet back.

    PM me for address.
  • All I got when I emailed the list today were a load of out-of-office automatic messages informing me that offices have closed for Christmas and will reopen in January!
  • Have just received this e-mail....

    Dear Mrs .....

Thank you for your email which has been forwarded to Brenda Daly, Executive
Vice-President, DMG WorldMedia, organisers of the event.
I have also requested that you receive a full refund.

    Yours

Hurrah! I didn't even ask for a refund, just thought they'd like some feedback.... we'll have to wait and see if I actualy do get a refund of course :snow_laug
  • I don't normally complain and ask for a refund but as this was such a rip off I have just emailed Guy Zitter with a complaint and have asked for a full refund plus the cost of train tickets and car parking, will let you know how I get on.
  • I sent an email to Julia Smith (see earlier posts) and within 24 hrs had an approval for a refund and refund claim form.

Of course we shall have to see if and when I get to see anything !!

Interestingly the claim form still has the "do you want to go again to Santa Land".... I wonder how many people tried it again
