Better to spend an extra £30 to get a dual core.

It is a dual core, "Intel Celeron Dual Core" to be precise.

When you place an order the shopping cart for a £399 purchase says 1197 points. Do you know if this is in addition to the standard 399 points which then makes it dble + dble = 4 times points value?

A totally thickie question here - but the loaded software for this says Vista Home Basic - what does that entail? Does it have Word, Outlook, a spreadsheet of some sort etc, or is it just the operating system (in which case the rest needs to be purchased separately)?
