32 minutes.... Which to be fair I was totally shocked at. At the 4km mark I was set to do it in under 30 but it all went a bit pear shaped with me nearly breaking down and hitting a huge wall... I had to walk about 4 times in 4-5km alone...
But still... I did it. Very very very pleased.
