    I nearly killed myself doing the 5km let alone a half marathon!!!! :eek:

    my 69 year old Uncle was telling me today how he did a 58 mile run/walk 3 months after a quadruple heart bypass :eek: :eek: :eek:

    I cant even make it upstairs without gasping for air ~ he puts me to shame!!!
