I've got summer fruits hydroactive or something like that. Basically flavoured water with added long words on the packaging. lol I used to love the purple normal lucozade but can't find it anywhere now.. :rolleyes:

Lucozade is not good for you, you're better off drinking the hydroactive stuff. When you get tired start lengthening your stride and it'll be easier. Good luck!

Have some afterwards too as it'll rehydrate you really quickly. Also good for hangovers
