I've bought 2 bottles of lucozade hydroactivewotsit stuff... do you think 2 will be enough to obtain the miraculous 35min milestone? lolTotal 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Good luck Sar.....I have every confidence that you will achieve your target of under 35 mins. Another tatoo on it's way I hope......YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
really....it's not hard to understand :T0 -
Good luck hun!
you can do it!
Don't drink too much before you start or you'll need to pee half way round
Water will do as it's more likely you'll only take it to wet your whistle on the way round and help steady your breathing.... energy drinks take time to kick in and you'll be finished by then!
Good tips about doing intervals, but sounds terribly athletic - what we do is run at normal pace, and when we get to the point where we want to walk, we just drop the pace to no more than a minijoggywalking pace, this is enough to keep you moving in a running motion physchologically, and without thinking about it, your pace picks up again once you've recovered.
Enjoy the atmosphere, take some time to think about your mum before during and after... it'll be over before you know it!
Pics please!!!!!!!!!!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

Back now, just been tortured by threading!
Sar if you are not used to drinking whilst running I would forgo the drinks until afterwards. I personally can't drink while I am running cos the liquid slooshes around in my tummy. Like a washing machine.Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
