Beautiful words Sar, beautiful and so on the head. Funerals are one of the necessary evils in life and whilst profoundly sad, they are such a wonderful occasion, how so many people who love the people we lose come together to remember and celebrate the life of the one that is lost; that it truly the most magical thing and serves as a reminder to us all of how short life is, how all ills should be put to one side and how things really dont matter in the scheme of things. x

You could try interval running. Run fast, slow down to recover but the beauty is when you slow down to your recovery rate you are actually at your normal pace.

    Hi Sar

Lenny has a good point - I actually run faster when I run four mins on and 1 min off. If I try to run all the time I go slower. I did 35 mins last year with no training so I am sure a young fit (skinny) bird can go that little bit faster!

Good luck - I will be thinking of you during Eastenders and hope you come back quick with a full update.

    PS Hi Lenny!!
