Epson Cartridges Thread

Ordered a cartridge for my CX3200 on Wednesday night - arrived Friday morning.

Very good communication, well packaged, genuine products - will be using them again.

Lanzone are still able to supply Epson cartridges - I got some for my R200, and they're fine. Prices aren't bad either.

I'm after some for my R200 as well but must admit I'm rather wary of any company (such as this) that doesn't publish any verifiable contact details.

That's a fair point - I seem to remember checking their address before I first ordered, but can't find anything on the site now. If I remember they were on the East coast (Caister I think, but don't quote me on that.)

They've been going a while and I've ordered from them several times with no problems, but I understand your reluctance. They really need to re-add contact details.

Ordered some before xmas when SVP were unable to supply and very pleased.

Actually, ignore my previous post, it seems Lanzone have got their address listed on this page of their site.

Either I was being very short sighted or they've added it in the last day or so. Probably the former unfortunately!

That's an extremely competitive price. I recently bought several compatibles for my R220 from 7dayshop @ 99p each - have just tried the black with no problems. They look very similar to the UKDVDR ones.

I decided to contact ukdvdr and ask them a few questions about their cartridges. Basically, was the ink of premium quality, how much ink was in each cartridge, did the ink contain cleaning agent (essential) what was the shelf life, etc. I received a reply to the effect that I should telephone sales as the e-mails arrive in a different building! I queried this as I didn't believe that they could not copy sales and received a further reply to the effect that this information was not shown on the cartridges! so they couldn't tell me and I should contact Epson or Datawrite (I think they supply the DVD's). I then decided to phone the sales line and the number was continually engaged over a period of 30 mins. so I gave up.
Not very satisfactory I think you will agree!
