Ditto. Been using them for 3+ years with no problems. Their new cartridges are even better.

Best still for me is they are in Watchet which is a lovely 35 mile motorcycle ride if I want to pick up the cartridges in person. I have seen their offices and they are certainly no fly by night operation.

i have tried to order some ink from https://www.247inkshop.co.uk but when i was at the check out there was no padlock so i was unsure if it was safe to order
has anyone got a safe secure site to buy compatible good epson ink for a c62

Further to my earlier post on 30th Jan. I had another go and phoned the sales line. Basically they said that they were only tele sales girls and they could not give any information about quality, amount of ink etc. and yes they had had some complaints about the carts. I asked if there was any technical support person I could speak to but the answer was No! So it's the trashcan for ukdvdr I'm afraid.

As you recommended them I gave them a call (freephone 0800 804 6664). Their price for a set (6) of Epson compatible cartridges for R200,300, RX500,600 is £23.95 Afraid not at that price, thank you.

I order mine via EBay (cheaper). Secure transaction no problem using PayPal or other forms of payment.
