Yes you will be able to - bring evidence of his employment with the council when joining. (contact costco for what sort of evidence as I cannot find it on their website!)
He will be the main cardholder and you (or anyone) can be the additional cardholder (which is free)0 -
Payslip is what they usually ask for - although if they've been doing a recruitment drive at a place of work, a work photo-ID might suffice.....There are 10 types of people in the world, those that understand binary and those that don't
In many cases it helps if you say where you are - someone with local knowledge might be able to give local specifics rather than general advice0 -

If you want to get in to look around, visit at the weekend when it is busy, go in the exit where the information desk usually is and then just keep walking past it and have a look. I have been round 3 different ones this way with no problems.0 -

The one in Thurrock usually have someone standing at the end of the information desk and will stop you and ask to see your membership card.
Once I was going that way just to get to the toliets- I got stopped and then got asked to have a look in my bag (they do that nowadays)0 -
Calm down everyone, you are not missing much! The specials in Aldi or Tesco will trump Costco unless you are buying in quantity.0

I too am a convert to their own brand washing powder...we get through a tub about every 8 months..for a family of three....used to buy persil but not any more!0 -
