Dentist visit went well and he did my check up to save me going tomorrow which gives me time to go to ASDA before meeting Mum.

Boys brought themselves new tennis rackets in the sports shop and I managed to get DS2 a new school backpack so that is one less thing to organise and DS1's golf shoes too.

Kids fed, just having mine then bathtime for DS3 and I think I'll try to clean the bathroom whilst he is in there.

My goodness, a lot of little ones in for surgery, biggest hugs to you all and those who care for you, sending positive healing vibes for them all x
Serena, sorry to hear about his arm, hope it doesn't hinder too many things for him over the summer (if we ever have one)
Mabboo - I'm with pigpen on this one, my DP wouldn't know how to use it and doesn't want to know! Drives me insane when I retrun and it's rained for half an hour and he's not go the washing in, which would have been dry otherwise, just doesn't even consider it. If you're subtle it'll probably work better with him, just an 'if you could **** I would really appreciate it' and try not to sound sarcastic. (trying not to sound sarcastic I find the hardest bit!!!)
Pollybear hope your headache goes soon x
Nicki that is awful news, makes you realise how lucky you are to not have to go through loosing your child. With the bank thing, is it because you aren't working? I know mine won't give me one for that reason.
Michelle have a big hug from me ((hugs)) we all know you'll crack it soon enough, as soon as little one needs a little less attention you'll be flying through the day putting us all to shame, the dust will be there tomorrow, DSs early days won't, try to close your eyes to the 'hovel' (I bet it's far from it) and enjoy your babies x
Mudbath it's always tricky dealing with a difficult child in your childs class, I have 2 difficult children myself (DS2 not a bully but difficult all the same) I remember those looks from parents then later helping others see that he could be nice. I hope there are measures in place to provide support for the class, not just the little **** and things go better than you are expecting.
pigpen, your DS3 was lovely to think of that little boy before himself, not enough children do that these days x Oh and I'm with g&b any tuna is pleurgh!!!
annelouise, I love the way you put that message
Davgirl hope the appointment went ok (and you remembered)

If I have forgot anything sorry, my heads now gone blank, doh!!!

Been out all day almost, sorting out some stuff for DPs car (he's spending again!!) took DPs phone back which has been playing up for ages now, just on time too as he's had it 11 months (12 month warranty) Got back and whilst rummaging found a granary bread mix with May 08 date, well I thought I may aswell try it, see if it works, popped a little extra yeast in and set it away, see how it goes.

Poured down all day and now the sun comes out, so DS2 was straight out into the garden. DPs starting to strip stuff out of his old car to go in the new one, been waiting for a dry moment all day so he can start, he's like an obsessed child.

Confession time, the house is a ****ing tip and I am way behind on the studying but lost motivation completely, I've made a half**sed attempt at sorting the kitchen which seems to have been filled with paperwork, toys and caravan stuff. There is caravan stuff everywhere actually so think I will get DP to help collect it up (I'll probably end up doing it myself) and drag it there tomorrow, it's easier to sort out when things are in their place than move them from place to place!

Right, going to bath my rotten children (DS1 went to a farm today and DS2s painted himself in art!) maybe catch you all later xxxx
One day I might be more organised...........

PigPen & Lil_me - Thanks guys. That's pretty much what I did, then I came up to the bedroom for todays fly, spouted off on here and quietly seethed (a little more so when the cry of "Are you polishing!?" came up the stairs :D). I think it was more an accumulation of other bits and pieces that momentarially piled up on me.

I'm learning to sort my life out and so is OH. It's just that I learn a little faster.

Thanks again, I'm going to wipe a few more things off my list now. And have a Vodka. :)

Lil_me - I totally know what you're saying. I can accept there are some children who find it difficult in the class room and to make friends. This one is simply like it because his parents don't give a damn. He swears all the time, at teachers and children, he bullies children, if they won't be his friend he beats them up. He has three brothers and the first one was okish, the next one was worse and so on. My dd has an autistic child in her class, he kicks out, he's disruptive etc and whilst it's annoying I understand it. The boy in DSs class is just plain nasty and has even stabbed a child so he shouldn't be in school and all because his parents do not care. I wouldn't let anyone hurt my children but the fact it's very, very likely to happen is what really pees me off.

Ooops, i'm ranting again, not at you, just at the system which allows this child to do this because he has no boundaries and no one is strong enough to set any. His dad even told my friend.....'yeah, he's a bad'un, he'll be in prison younger than I was, we've got bets on it!' Poor kid has no chance. If he was my sons age then yes, he should be in his class but he's not, he's not even in the same key stage so he shouldn't be in the same class. Ok, I need to go and breathe!!!:rotfl:

    I have hurt my back so there won't be much flying done here until it gets better. At the moment I am shuffling around like Quasimodo (sp). So today all I have managed is;

    1. washed our bed linen.(I can't remake it so will sleep in the other double bed this week) and I did manage to get it on the line so it is dry.I will try to iron it tomorrow and hopefully my back will be better enough to remake the bed.
    2. washed up.

Well, some flying done - off list (washing machine, kitchen cupboards, dishwasher, paperwork, garden etc.). Just finished and thought about prepping dinner so went to the kitchen to find DiL cooking some quick rice for DS. Turns out he's off down the pub and she doesn't want any dinner so I'll be cooking just for me. Just as well I hadn't already started preparing something! Communication is a wonderful thing - when it works.

Had a look at what needs using up in the fridge, got a recipe book out and have found a nice sounding recipe for spinach, mushrooms, pine nuts and pasta which I'll do. Quick and easy too. I had been planning chicken stirfry from the remains of the roast yesterday but that can wait until tomorrow. I got really cross with Gordon Brown's fatuous statement on the radio this morning about if we stopped throwing food away, prices would go down. Would they heck..... so, this meal is one in the eye for El Gordo.
