I just bought a body shaping thing from Figleaves.com - in beige it's half price (27.50 from 55) and it's a thong back multiway/strapless body squeezing thing. It has no visible lines, and it has fasteners underneath so you don't have to strip to pee. It also looks pretty sexy, not like knickers that stretch from breast to hip!
The only thing is that the cup sizes run small small small. Although since I'm smirking away brimming over a D cup (for the first and only time in my life...) it's not necessarily a bad thing!
It's by Annette, and I found it in their Shapewear section - here: http://www.figleaves.com/uk/product.asp?product_id=ANT-10582
It might be a good investment for any of you ladies who need help with your final inch
I've got something similar to this but it has a clear back strap and clear removable straps - I can honestly say its the most uncomfortable thing I've even worn without my dress on but once the dress is on it looks absolutely fantastic.
Am dropping inches like no bodies business at the mo need to get a belt for my jeans - still weigh the same thoughOfficially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

Not doing any exercise so is still a mystery .
Unless all the tossing and turning I'm doing in bed when I wake at 5am and try to get back to sleep counts :rotfl:Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

well I went for the dress fitting, and guess what....it fitted all along. My mother (bless her, alzeimers and all) was trying to pressstud the back panel upside down.
Oh well, I suppose it was the kick up the bottom I needed to stop stuffing pizza and chocolate!
I felt so stupid in the shop!

I did wonder how it was that much too small when you hadn't said anything about having to buy a new wardrobe. Relief is priceless lol
I expect the worrying has dropped you a few pounds.
I got a great booklet through from the Tesco healthy eating club today and there were some vouchers for points off stuff - worth joining just for the free recipes.Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended

I was worried about weighing myself this week, convinced that I had put on weight (due to drinking lots of beer!).
Instead, I'd lost a pound. :j
I hope I can keep it coming down over the next couple of months. Will probably be ordering my dress in October.0
