donny fan can i ust say, being the mother of an 18 year old who tried to go on holiday with a group of like minded teenage psychos who all fell out before the day ever came and then all felt peeved at not getting their deposits back. much too ing and fro ing to the travel agents with reasons why they were being unfairly treated.. god bless you ! you must have nerves of steel and the patience of saints. i for one can forgive a lapse of diplomacy. you may get the odd cheap holiday out of the job but "hell" i woulnt want to be you the rest of the time.

thank u...only I dont get cheap holidays...:( could get a discount on the price however I dont do beach holidays which is the majority of good deals...maybe one day lol

your post reminds me why i try to put my daughter off a holiday with her friends, she would never make it there and back and still be friends with everyone!
