its been ok Rubi thanks, got home tonight to find that I thought my tax refund cheque had arrived and yet it was a notice to say I had underpaid! When I rang them and told them was this in response to my recent letters, they said ' no we have not yet reviewed your file' !! I dont think they know what they are doing!!!! Just been for a run and going to prepare some food now!!!

Tony, what a pain in the bum!!! Doesn't sound like they know what they are doing? Are you going to try and talk to someone else tomorrow? That must be so annoying when you are waiting for a CHQ.
