it is worth trying ebay, you don't have to pay much more than a weekend paper, if you kept it on a permanent search, they'd email you when the dvd came up for sale.0

I got the two DVDs of Vanity Fair for £4.50 off ebay inc P&P - cheaper than going into town to get to a WHS and no chance of anyone seeing me buying a Daily Mail and then chucking it in the bin. Horrible vile paper run by Nazis.
i don't have a problem buying it because i need it to put on the floor under where the birds sit :rotfl:0 -
does anyone by any chance have a spare copy of pride and prejudice part 2?
i keep getting outbid on ebay lol0 -

That must be very annoying for those who subscribed to that series!
Perhaps The Mail will find this another "unprecedented demand" and extend it beyond the planned 18 discs. My WHS ran out yesterday before 12.00, therefore none left for the lunchbreak customers - ouch!
Yes, once again it is ANOTHER “unprecedented demand” and it is extended by another week (after next) with 6 more DVDs (4 titles)
“Mansfield Park” (2007) (TV) Billie Piper
http://uk.imdb.com/title/tt0847182/
"Wuthering Heights" (1978)TV mini-series (2 DISCS) Kay Adshead
http://uk.imdb.com/title/tt0077106/
“Northanger Abbey” (2007) (TV) Felicity Jones
http://uk.imdb.com/title/tt0844794/
“Middlemarch” (1994) (2 DISCS) Rufus Sewell
http://uk.imdb.com/title/tt0108858/
So does that mean that I 'precedented' that this could happen!0 -
!!!!!! all this weekend.
Apart from the Mail on Sunday, none of the Sunday papers seem to bother with free CD's or DVD's much these days. You get the odd one in the Telegraph but The Mirror or the News of the World haven't done one for months.
I don't think there will be any in NOTW for the forseeable future. All there profits will be going to Max Mosley after his recent court win. :rotfl:0 -
