Does anyone know if you can get the cardboard case thingy to put all the Daily Mail period dramas in? On the form in yesterday's paper you can only order the DVDs + the presentation case- but I've already collected all the DVDs.

On another note, has anyone else who collected tokens for the Daily Mail period films recieved them?
I sent my cheque off 4 weeks ago and it hasn't been cleared, and have heard zilch.
