Your County Federation should provide you with various guides-for Treasurer, Secretary etc. There is something on the NFWI site called Moodle which is supposed to help with training but I've never found it very useful.Still it would be worth looking at. Have you been in touch with your local WI advisor?
I'm treasurer of our local WI. You will need to keep accounts. Do you have WI receipt books and an account book? Your secretary will need to take minutes of both committee and general meetings.Ours tends to do pretty basic and brief minutes but some WIs do seem to like the business side of the WI more than our branch. We are fairly informal and like a good chat and the social side of the WI.0
